Egyptians for Housing and Development Company
One of the companies established by Egyptians Abroad for Investment & Development Company in 1986. The company has experienced a wide range of successes throughout its history in real estate development, enhancing the company’s track record and maximizing shareholders’ value. This was mainly attributed to the effective investment policy pursued by the company’s management, as the company successfully developed several real estate projects to gain the relevant experience in this sector.
In the framework of its investment policy, which was pursued since 2009, the company is focusing on diversifying its investments across the real estate sector to achieve its objectives.
Company’s Purposes:
- Real estate investment and development through the acquisition of land plots for either the resale purpose or the construction and development of projects, in addition to participating in urban development in new cities by establishing different real estate projects (residential, commercial, and office) to be sold or rented in accordance with law no. 159 for the year 1981.
- Providing financial leasing services whether to its own projects or other developer’s projects. The company can cooperate with other institutions that provide similar services if necessary, to achieve its specified objectives in Egypt or abroad.
